The Hotel Les Plumes

Christophe Bielsa Located in the 9th arrondissement, this district of Paris was home to literary passions and tumultuous love stories that have inspired good numbers of writers.

The lobby

Christophe Bielsa As soon as you enter the hotel, the tone is set. Profile of Georges Sand and Alfred de Musset, small comfortable armchairs, dark and cozy colors, a set of classic patterns on textiles ... transport the visitor on a sentimental journey to the heart of the 19th century.

Attic bathroom

Christophe Bielsa Wisely installed in the attic, the bathroom offers a lion's feet bathtub which is inspired by the old bathrooms of the XIXth century.

Georges and Alfred Room

Christophe Bielsa Place the ambiguity in this room where the masculine note is mixed with the feminine notes. Black is next to pastel pink, the lampshades reproduce toppings quilted with feathers and to perfect it all, one of the chauffeuse is dressed in a skirt with a train.

Christophe Bielsa The lobby opens onto a corner of greenery. This tree-lined terrace accommodates a few chairs and tables so that in fine weather it is pleasant to bask in it.

Paul and Arthur Room

Christophe Bielsa It is a masculine atmosphere that inhabits this room. Houndstooth hangings, plain gray wallpaper, black and white cushion, ceiling decorated with a stormy sky are all details that echo the tumultuous passion of the couple.

Juliette and Victor Room

Christophe Bielsa Softness fills the room thanks to the walls painted in blue gray which coordinate with the bottom of the walls lined with imitation silk wallpaper. Mirrors of witches flicker on the two lovers and accentuate the romantic note.

Common parts

Christophe Bielsa The hotel corridors are lined with "trompe l'oeil" wallpaper which reproduces a huge library.
